Refund Policy

Digital content sales on Clear Pebbles are generally final. We offer a one-time satisfaction refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
  • Each account is eligible for one refund across all purchases.
  • Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of substantial access, download, or use of the content.
  • Refunds are reviewed and approved by our admin team.
  • Providers do not directly issue refunds — all refunds are processed by Clear Pebbles.

Approved refunds will revoke access to the refunded content. Admins may approve refunds at their discretion outside these guidelines.

To request a refund, visit your library and click “Request refund” on the relevant purchase. For anything else, email support@clearpebbles.com.
